Kalindi Yuan is a certified yoga and tai chi instructor. She has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, and practicing and teaching Tai Chi for the last 4 years. She graduated and received her certification by Tai Chi Master, Jennifer Yu, who is from the sixth generation of Yang style Tai Chi lineage. Yoga and Tai Chi are
very different forms, but they both can balance our physical and
mind health. She enjoys practicing and teaching both methods and sharing these beautiful methods with everyone.

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its
defense training and its wellness health benefits. All the poses and movements are slow and steady with unstoppable Qi which is practicing the Tai Chi principal — go with the flow and balance our Yin and Yang. Regular Tai Chi practice is virtually beneficial for every system of the body, especially the legs and increase bone density. It will also calm your mind with movement
meditation. Please wear comfortable workout attire and shoes. This is an audience participation class.
